Latex clothing return policy: At Latex Luxe, we take pride in our premium handcrafted garments. By purchasing from us, the buyer consents to the following Terms and Conditions regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Notice of Defects and Inspections
Upon receipt of the merchandise and prior to trying on any items, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect and confirm that all merchandise delivered matches the order and that there are no defects.
- 7-Day Notice Period: Buyer must provide notice to Seller of any defects, including but not limited to shortages, quality, or specification issues, within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Waiver of Claims: Buyer hereby waives any claim for damages resulting from any defect Buyer is aware of, including late delivery, unless Buyer notifies Seller in writing within the 7-day window.
Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation before the item has entered production or has been shipped.
- If approved, you will receive a full refund.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once production or shipping has begun.
Returns and RMA (if applicable)
All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our customer service team at info@latexluxe.com before returning any items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and Unaltered: Items that have been printed, dyed, washed, chlorinated, or modified in any way cannot be returned.
- Original Condition: Must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: Seller may charge a 25% restocking fee (plus a minimum $5.00 handling charge) for any returned merchandise not in original condition. Buyer authorizes Seller to sell or dispose of any returned garments with Buyer’s labels or marks and hold Seller harmless for any related claims.
Non-Returnable Items (Strict Exceptions)
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or Personalized items: Including all made-to-measure garments.
- Intimate Apparel: Opened panties (including items that cover the crotch), stockings, body stockings, pasties, and body appliqués. Note: For hygiene, please wear fresh underwear when trying on items; we can tell if you don’t.
- Modified Surface: Items that have been lubed, shined, or laundered.
- Hygiene/Contamination: Items with human or animal/pet hair, soil, stains, or smells (perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke). Returns of such items will incur cleanup and decontamination fees.
- Clearance/Sale: All sale or auction items are sold “as is” and are final sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we inspect your returned item, we will email you a confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Customer Reasons: If the return is due to buyer preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Seller Mistake: If we sent the wrong or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
